First Announcement Flyer A total of 5000 flyers will be printed to invite all visitors’ prospects to visit the event. Your company logo and stand number will be featured on the floor plan of the flyer. The back page will feature your full page advertisement. The A5 flyer will include event content such as: exhibitors list and floor plan (with your company name highlighted), HPCI Conference schedule, Tech-Seminars schedule. Advertisement in Show Catalogue Every visitor of the HPCI Exhibition and Conference will receive a copy of the official HPCI Catalogue on site. All exhibiting companies get a free half page advertisement. Highlight your company with a full page 4-colour advertisement in the catalogue. Carrier Bags with Inserts A total of 1,000 sponsored bags will be produced; the material and style will be chosen by the sponsor, with consideration to the environment.
