Mr Jeff graduated from Seoul National University with a master degree in Chemical Engineering. After working in process engineering and environmental consulting filed for 8 years, he has been working with Cognis for 7 years as a home care and I&I marketing manager and product group manager, Asia Pacific.

Ms. Sushama Wagh PhD. was graduated at BSc, University of Bombay with Microbiology, Chemistry and Physics, MSc in Biochemistry at M.S. University of Baroda, and PhD in Biochemistry,University of Mumbai. Ms. Sushama Wagh has more than 9 publications and 9 international and 3 Indian patents to her credit.
She is member of: Society of Biological Chemists of India, Executive committee of Shivaji Night School (Parel, Mumbai). She is currently involved in ingredient technology and product development in the areas of personal care and food industry. Product ideas for Bachat gats and Mahila sanghatna, consults Krishi Dept of State of Maharashtra Raigad for agrobased griha udyog.

Alexander Mueller finished his Bachelor of Business Administration in 1997. He worked for Schülke Germany since more than 7 years in both marketing and sales.
After 2.5 years in technical marketing, he has been assigned the Management of South East Asian distribution business. Since 2009 he has become Sales Manager International, being responsible for the international distribution business of Special Additives.
In his position as Sales Manager International, he has given many seminars in different countries of Asia, Africa and Europe.

Julien Fischer received his degree in Polymer Chemistry from the University of Strasbourg (France) in 2005.
He started in the technical service department of INTERPOLYMER France in 2006 as a Category Manager for the applications: surface care, paints and coatings.
Early 2010, he joined the sales department as a Regional Sales Manager for India, Middle East and Africa in particular.

Aline, French national, studied biology as an engineer. She also owns an MBA in Marketing from the ESSEC Business School, Paris. Since four years at DSM Personal Care, first in Europe as a junior marketing manager, then in Asia as Regional Technical and Marketing Manager.
In her current regional role, she manages relations with customers and is currently involved in many projects to develop regional marketing strategies more in adequation with local requirements. Aline has also shared her knowledge to the market in the recent years being author of many scientific presentations and trade press articles in the cosmetic field.

Rimpie J. Panjwani completed her graduation in Biotechnology from Mumbai University. After this she pursued her Master in Management Studies specializing in Marketing from Mumbai University. After gaining rich experience in Corporate sales and Marketing, she joined Mascot as Marketing Manager. Mascot is channel partner to the best names in the industry and has for the first time in India, conceptualized the idea of concept-selling in Personal Care and Health Care.

Fabrice PERIN received his M.Sc. degree in Biochemistry from the University of Aix-Marseille in 1990 and his Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences in 1994 from the University of Tours, France. During 2 years he worked on the development of radiopharmaceuticals for the imaging of inflammatory lesions. Then he joined Spincontrol, a company specialized in the in vivo testing of cosmetic products, where he was the Technical Director from 1996 to 2003. He has moved to Thailand to open and manage the Asian subsidiary of Spincontrol in 2003. He has published 15 scientific articles and made around 70 presentations in congresses.

Jonathan Sy has a degree in chemical engineering and has been working in the personal care & related industries for more than 10 years. He started his career at the R&D department of Cocochem in the Philippines, a manufacturer of oleochemicals. He later joined Colgate-Palmolive’s Asian Regional Technology Center where he gained personal care product development experience. He moved to Singapore in 2002 to join the cosmetics product applications team at Symrise, and eventually moved to business development for its cosmetic ingredients business unit. He is currently the Marketing Manager for Personal Care at Croda, based in Singapore.

Mr. Bharat Adhia has been with ECKART for almost 20 years and is currently the Managing Director of their cosmetic business unit based in the USA. His responsibilities include the sales and marketing for the Americas, South East Asia, Japan, Australia and India. ECKART, a member of the ALTANA group, is a 138 year old company based in Bavaria, Germany focused on the manufacture of special effect pigments such as metallic and pearlescent pigments for the cosmetic, paint & coatings, graphic arts and plastics markets.
ECKART is represented for the cosmetic market in India by N V Organics Pvt. Ltd.

Laurent Schubnel is engineer in Biology and Biotechnology, graduated from French Industrial School of Biology.
He’s been working for 12 years in the cosmetic industry. He spent 10 years in Gattefossé with several positions to be now the Operational Marketing Manager for Gattefossé’s personal care division.

Tom Fricke studied chemistry at the Technical University of Braunschweig (Germany) and did his Ph.D. work in organic chemistry at the University of Regensburg (Germany) in 2001. Afterwards he joined the German production site of Ecogreen Oleochemicals close to Dessau. Since 2006 he is working for Clariant in the BU ICS (Business Unit Industrial & Consumer Specialities) at the global application development center in the Industry Park Hoechst in Frankfurt (Germany). As R&D Manager he is responsible for Application Development for Personal Care products from Clariant.

Marco Capponi, Chemical Engineer, graduated in 2003 at the University of Genoa, in Italy. Following his thesis in Electrochemical Oxidation, he joined the technical support service within Exsymol in 2004. Mr Capponi became the Manager of EXSYMOL's Application Laboratory in 2005 and in 2009 the Manager of the Scale-up department. He also continues to manage the technical support for many of the European and Asiatic markets.

Christiane Uhl has been working for Courage+Khazaka electronic for 14 years now. She presents the C+K skin testing devices on trade shows and in seminars in all the world. She is also in charge of project management for many notable companies.

In1977 Philip joined Givaudan in Australia and relocated to Singapore in 1994 to take on a Regional Cosmetics Ingredients Management position. Philip joined H&R 1997 as Regional Director for Cosmetic Ingredients based in Singapore and with the formation of Symrise was appointed as Regional President for the Sensory Ingredients Division.
In January 2007 Philip joined the B&T Company of Italy as Sales & Marketing Director for the Asia Pacific Region.

Alan B. Richards, Ph.D., is the Vice President and General Manager of Hayashibara International, Inc. (HBI), of Denver, Colorado, USA. HBI is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hayashibara Company, Ltd. (HBC) of Okayama, Japan. He has responsibilities for international business, technical, and regulatory development of food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical ingredients. The Hayashibara Group consists of several privately held companies with an annual income of approximately $600 million USD. Previous to this, Dr. Richards was the Director of Clinical and Regulatory development for a small biotechnology company, and previous to that he was a faculty member of a School of Pharmacy.
